We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products—hemp flower and related goods—we have certain restrictions in place to ensure quality, compliance, and customer trust. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the agricultural and perishable nature of hemp flower,all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or partially used products.
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund items if:
- Your product arrived damaged in transit
- You received the wrong item
- Your product was missing from the shipment
To be eligible for a return or replacement under these conditions, you must:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or error
- Include your order number and a brief explanation

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local USPS or carrier office first. We will do our best to assist, but responsibility ultimately lies with the shipping provider.
4. Wholesale Returns
Wholesale orders are made-to-order and generallynot eligible for return or refund. If you receive damaged or incorrect inventory, contact your account representative or email us within3 business daysof delivery. We will work with you on a resolution.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within5–10 business daysof approval. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
