At Hemp Flower, we pride ourselves on fast, secure, and compliant shipping of high-quality hemp flower products. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on hempflower.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Wholesale orders may require additional lead time depending on order size and product availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We will contact you promptly if your order is delayed for any reason.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS,UPS, or other reliable carriers depending on your location and delivery requirements.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Wholesale Freight Options may be available for bulk orders—please contact us directly.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Chosen delivery speed

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for retail orders over a certain amount. Wholesale shipping is typically billed separately or included in bulk pricing negotiations.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We comply with federal and state regulations and do not ship to the following U.S. states or territories where hemp flower is restricted or prohibited:

  • Indiana
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky
  • South Dakota
  • Utah

We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed, we encourage you to contact your local USPS or UPS office. We’ll do our best to help, but liability lies with the carrier.

6. Packaging & Discretion

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging with no mention of hemp, cannabis, or related products on the exterior.

Every shipment includes:

  • Lab results/COAs for compliance and transparency
  • Legal documentation for law enforcement or postal inspection, if needed

7. Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale clients may receive shipments via:

  • USPS/UPS Ground
  • Palletized freight (for large orders)
  • Drop-shipping arrangements (if applicable)

Shipping costs and timelines for wholesale are communicated directly after order confirmation.
